Strata Management/Property Management Division Since its inception, Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty has been focused on customer satisfaction and we continue to strive to provide the best for all our clients. As part of our company plan to offer a full spectrum of Real Estate services, we maintain a separate Strata Management/Property Management Division. Every Strata Manager and Property Manager in our office is a member of the BC Real Estate Association and the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board. To maintain their membership they must meet the ongoing training requirements and are subject to the Real Estate Council of British Columbia's REALTOR Code of Ethics.
