Jennifer has worked with the support team at Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty to develop a training curriculum, Agent Success Book and provides ongoing support to both new and experienced agents alike. With finely-tuned systems, checklists and agent onboarding program, you will feel confident that you are prepared for the industry, feel supported, and that you do not leave your success in this career to chance. Jennifer has been a trusted real estate advisor in Kelowna since 2002. She is very proud of the Ultimate Service Award she has received every year at Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty. With a love for coaching, Jennifer has married this passion to her professional career and has been training for a management position for the past several years. Completing Realogy's one-year Ascend Leadership Experience, and learning from her mentor, Susan Tough, Jennifer has now transitioned into full-time management and agent support.

Qualifications

Licensed as a REALTOR in 2002. A firm believer in continued education, her most recent education included Managing Broker Legal Update, 2016 Graduate of the innaugral class of Realogy's Ascend Leadership Training Experience in Madison, NJ ( 1 year program).
