Linda is a licensed sales representative and has been actively trading in real estate since 1995. Prior to her career in real estate Linda was a licensed mortgage broker for 15 years, so she has a great foundation of knowledge for all aspects of home buying. In 1995 Linda joined her husband John in forming "The Mash Team" and they have been representing buyers and sellers ever since. She has received the Ultimate Service Award numerous times in the past 23 years and has also been awarded the prestigious International President’s Circle Award by Coldwell Banker R.M.R. Her clients will all attest to her continuous high Customer Service Rating. Linda does find time for other worthwhile community endeavors. She is President of Spirit Alive, providing lockers for homeless people. These lockers are the first in North America that allow homeless people access to them 24 hours of the day. Linda has been recognized by the City of Oshawa, Region of Durham and the Province of Ontario for her tireless work in this regard. Linda also volunteers for the New Life Neighbourhood Center, Lakeridge Health Peer Support and Peer Support activities. She also served as Director at Large for the Durham Region Association of Realtors (DRAR) for a two-year term. When she isn’t helping clients, Linda enjoys spending time with her two granddaughters and blogging. She also has a passion for making face creams, deodorant, and natural grooming products. But her number one priority has always been, and continues to be making sure she has a happy and satisfied client base.

Volunteering is Important. We believe that giving starts the receiving process. We volunteer and support the New Life Neighbourhood Centre during the Christmas season, Saint Vincent's Kitchen by donating free meals, Lakeridge Health Nephalogy Patients BBQ and Christmas Dinners , Peer Support with Kidney Foundation of Canada and President of Spirit Alive Outreach Ministry.
