During Norman's career, he obtained the following academic designations; (i) a Baccalaureate of Science (Business) with a concentration in Finance from St. Gregory's University, (ii) a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in international business from the University of Miami and (iii) a TEP designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Planning since 2002, which he is currently a member of. "Norman began his banking career in 1990 with one of the large Banks in the Bahamas. During his tenure, he worked his way up the ranks to junior management. In 2001, Norman left the onshore banking "world" and branched off into the offshore banking "world", with one of the large offshore Banks in the Bahamas, as a Trust Officer. There, he worked himself up to the position of Assistant Vice President. In August 2013, he advanced his career by joining another offshore bank in the Bahamas as a Trust Officer, Vice President. During 2017, Norman saw the need to advance himself further by venturing into the real estate market, where he recently obtained his real estate license. He enjoys scuba diving, free diving, reading and spending time with his family in his spare time.
