Furthermore, the wall is breathable, so mold does not form and inside the humidity is lower than in any brick house, resulting in greater living comfort.
The wood used is Finnish arctic pine, making this villa of significantly superior quality to any other in traditional construction, and even if compared to other green building houses it is among the highest quality levels.
The house is earthquake-proof, thanks to its particular construction method.
The annual energy cost of the house amounts to around €200 on average. All systems and appliances work with electricity, there is no gas.
Photovoltaic system with 6 kW of power, which produces an average of approximately 7,000 kW of electricity per year, incentivized until 2029, thanks to the second energy account, with an average annual income of €3,100, which can be transferred during the sale phase .
Latest generation air-water heat pump installed in 2019, which heats in winter, cools in summer and produces domestic hot water.
