It is furnished with a large teak picnic table for outdoor dining and is covered by a ceiling inlaid with tropical hardwood, two industrial ceiling fans. The covered patio leads to a newly built pool and patio. The pool has sea-green tile, lots of seating nooks for relaxing and escaping the midday heat and is well-sized for the house.
