James has been in the real estate business since 2006, and joined the Big Creek Realty team in 2009. It was in 1995 that the doors of Coldwell Banker Big Creek Realty first opened, with a simple concept: give better customer service in real estate. James also believes in full service and the team at Big Creek Realty will continue to offer it to all of our clients and customers. The Coldwell Banker Big Creek team has become a force to be reckoned with. Their strong orientation to superior customer service and their mission statement as the 'Hardest Working Sales Team' opened up marketplaces for them, all the way from Tillsonburg, to Clear Creek, to Waterford, to Port Dover and beyond. Since 1998, CB Big Creek Realty has earned the Ultimate Service award given only to those offices that achieve customer satisfaction of 98% or more.
