In September 2018 Coldwell Banker Southwest Realty opened their doors at 780 Exmouth Street in the heart of Sarnia’s main commercial district. Boasting a state of the art, 7,100 square foot office facility, with the feeling of transparency, light and space being inescapable as soon as you walk through the front door. Not long after, they opened a second office located in Petrolia to provide additional support the booming market in Lambton-County. Steve Park, Broker of Record and Robert Longo, Broker-Owner, are both second generation Realtors, with more then 40 years of combined experience selling real estate in Sarnia and Lambton County.
