FIRST IN CANADA! The Burnhill story begins 37 years ago with Coldwell Banker Burnhill Realty being the first Coldwell Banker office in Canada! Burnhill Realty Ltd was founded in March 1983 by Owner/Broker, Lee Pagliaro. The company was originally located at 795 Brant Street in Burlington. In July of 1989, Burnhill Realty became the 1st Coldwell Banker office established in Canada and took the name Coldwell Banker Burnhill Realty. At the time, there were approximately 18 agents in the firm. In 1994, Coldwell Banker acquired the real estate business of Canada Trust Realty and consolidated the Canadian operations under the name Coldwell Banker. As a result of this merger, the Coldwell Banker Burnhill Realty office in Burlington moved to the former Canada Trust Realty office at 3235 Fairview Street. In June of 2014, Mr. Pagliaro sold the business to Michael Griffith who now operates the Coldwell Banker Burnhill Realty organization as the new Owner/Broker of Record.
