Terry joins Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty coming from a strong background in sales, with over fifteen years of experience. As an entrepreneur and local small business owner, he owns and operates Conestogo River Horseback Adventures jointly with his wife, Tatyanna. Terry's decision to get into the business stems from a longstanding interest in real estate, and a desire to help people in achieving their real estate related goals. Born and raised in Arthur, half an hour north of Waterloo Region, Terry moved into the area and has been a local resident for sixteen years. As an existing local small business owner and long-time resident of Waterloo Region, Terry is well acquainted with the area and its multitude of attractive amenities. Although Terry has a special interest in rural recreational and agricultural properties, he is more than happy to lend his knowledge of the local market to any of your upcoming residential transactions. When he's not hard at work, Terry can be found serving as a volunteer firefighter in Woolwich Township, or enjoying spending time outdoors with his horses. Terry and his wife are the proud parents of three children.
