Personal Profile

Kate is a third generation Real Estate Agent who has lived in the Bright’s Grove/Camlachie area since her early childhood. She knows the community and loves the small-town beach culture. Kate’s family has always been active in real estate, from owning, to renting, to renovating. She has personal experience in renovations and loves dreaming up ways to make a house become a home. Kate graduated with honours from the University of Waterloo, achieving a BA in psychology. She subsequently made the decision to pursue her passion for Real Estate, where she could combine her love for connecting with people and her desire to understand how best to help them get where they want to go, with her interest in houses and her ability to envision what a home could be.
