Team Leader for Coldwell Banker SMART, Martha—she also goes by her childhood nickname Sissie—incorporates her native bilingual skills working as easily with Mexican National clients as foreign clients. Raised in Mexico, Martha moved to Chicago for college, earning her B.S. and M.S. in Communications from Northwestern University, later working for her alma mater in management and project coordination roles in media and health information technology. Martha leverages those business skills—including her entrepreneurial background and customer service experience—working tirelessly to understand the value of her clients and their needs in all situations. Martha returned to Mexico in 2011, landing in San Miguel de Allende where her family has welcomed her many visits here, providing her a unique long-term insight into the local community. Energetic and diplomatic, Martha’s bilingual skills and bicultural background prove a tremendous asset to clients as she continues a lifelong tradition of ensuring her clients’ every needs are met, developing repeat clientele based upon those warm relationships
