Passionate about my profession, I began my career in 2013 as a negotiator in an agency located in the chic suburbs of Paris. After more than two successful years, I was keen to move into even more prestigious markets. So I decided to move into the capital's most sought-after districts, notably the 16th and 8th arrondissements. At the head of a dynamic team, I developed a privileged clientele. Three fruitful years passed, and my ambition to open my own agency led me to successfully take up this new challenge. During my four years as a business owner, I consolidated my expertise in Western Paris, offering attentive service to a refined and demanding clientele. Having grown up in a family with multicultural origins, my passion for French savoir-faire in the fields of architecture, cinema, literature, gastronomy and even music has left a deep impression on me. In 1956, my grandfather Simon Benitah, a real estate developer, founded the famous La Maison Du Whisky, an emblematic establishment on rue d'Anjou in Paris VIIIe. Immersed in this atmosphere of art, finesse and "attention to detail", which is particularly dear to me, I decided to merge these influences with my business by specializing in Parisian luxury real estate. With ten years of exceptional experience behind me, I now join the teams at COLDWELL BANKER Leading Realty, a key player in luxury real estate and number 1 worldwide in this field.
