Born and raised in Waterloo Region, Samanatha Bailey is thrilled to be helping her Buyer and Seller clients achieve their real estate dreams in the community where she grew up and found her forever home. Samantha’s housing industry experience is enhanced by a dynamic, applicable education that includes studies in city planning, marketing, and strategic communication, as well as social and digital media. Her strong customer service background, fostered by employment in the fast-paced field of hospitality, is evident in her ability to create and nurture collaborative relationships with her clients and colleagues. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from York University with a double major in Urban Planning and Geography. In addition, she earned a Post Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College. She enjoys a passion for architecture and renovation, helping her visualize her clients’ objectives and appreciate the future potential of residential properties. Professional, friendly, and fun!
