It is with great pleasure that Coldwell Banker Select welcomes Sam Otoo to the team! Sam was born in Ghana, West Africa. He moved to Saint John in 2002 for school at NBCC-SJ and having family already here helped him in settle in Saint John. He graduated from NBCC with a Business Administration Diploma and also a Bachelor of Applied Management from UNBSJ. He has worked in various jobs over the years and is currently an Owner/Operator with Loomis Express. He has always had a desire to work in Real Estate, especially after purchasing and being involved in renovating his and his partner's first house in 2008. They bought and renovated a couple more properties since then including his current home in Rothesay. He believes it is finally time to turn his Realtor dream into reality and most importantly put the knowledge he's gained over the years into helping his esteemed clients. Sam is super personable and always wears a smile. He's a great listener and believes it is important to always look at things from other's perspective. He's a big soccer fan and spends his spare time playing or watching "football" (soccer).
